To install Hyper Terminal follow the directions below. Before following these instructions, please make sure that you do not have it installed already. To determine if you already have it, click on the "Start" button, click on "Program Files", click on "Accessories", click on "Communication." If you already have it installed, it will be listed in the menu. If it is listed, you do not need to read the rest of this page.
Instructions:

1. Click "Start"
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Control Panel"
4. Click "Add Remove Programs"
5. Choose the "Windows Setup" tab at the top
6. Click on the "Communications" option
7. Click the "Details" button
8. Check the box next to "Hyper Terminal"
9. Press "OK"
10. Press "OK"
