Sales Representative

Cummins Bridgeway, LLC is looking to fill the position of Sales Representative, Automotive Indirect Sales available at our Cincinnati branch location.
Job Summary:
Promote the sale of automotive engines, both direct and indirect, related products, programs and new products by utilizing collaborative sales techniques and effective marketing to current and potential customers throughout the assigned territory. Receive commitments from customers to perform service, repairs, fleet and preventative maintenance. This position will entail daily travel within the sales territory, monthly sales meetings and documentation of sales and sales/customer interaction calls.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate applicable engines information to all market segments.
- Effectively create loyalty at the end user, dealer and contractor level through marketing of our products and services.
- Develop assigned account list and account plans for current and prospective customers within assigned territory.
- Develop and implement action plans to obtain sales objective.
- Prepare quotations using company provided software programs.
- Accurately documented sales tracking and forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations.
- Coordinate other aspects of our business to include parts and service needs.
- Utilize proper documentation for:
- All project sales
- Installation of equipment
- Plan and execute dealer meetings for all delivery partners.
- Provide the necessary guidance to ensure products are installed properly.
- Utilize all marketing programs to obtain sales objectives and assist our delivery partners with advertising and support initiatives.
- Adhere to company guidelines established for financial goals.
- Utilize all marketing programs to obtain sales objectives.
- Complete monthly and weekly reports.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other business discipline; or equivalent work-related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows-based Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Current and valid driver license.
- Proven sales record.
- Fleet maintenance and parts knowledge.
- Hard working with the ability to work extended hours.
- Ability to travel, which could require an overnight stay.
