Cummins Bridgeway, LLC is looking to fill the position of Customer Care Advisor for the Cincinnati Branch.

Job Description/Duties:
The customer care advisor can be viewed as three or more different positions depending on the role the person is performing and in some cases their duties overlap. Three generally used roles are the service advisor who greets customers and set up work orders, the service supervisor who build quotes, consult with the customer and manage the work order while it’s in progress and the shop foreman who manages the techs and the activity on the floor. The job description can be tailored depending on the role you want the person to have now and in the future.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and open work orders
Build quotes, determine warranty coverage and consult with customers
Work orders documentation, start to finish, including payment
Floor leadership for the technicians
Help to coordinate technician training
Keep the shop a safe working environment; enforce safety procedures
Sell our products and services
Maintain professional atmosphere

Excellent communication skills
Work directly with internal and external customers
Comfortable working with a computer most of the day
Ability to multi-task, detail oriented
Able to resolve conflicts
Able to troubleshoot
Basic electrical understanding
Basic diesel engine understanding
